Neil Colley graduated from East High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in 1992. He and his wife, Annalee, share a wonderful life together with their three children, Tyler, Caleb, and Ashlyn, and they adore their three beautiful grandchildren. Neil owns and operates CNC Trucking.
In addition to his work, Neil hosts The Local Yokel's Podcast on Facebook, where he highlights local nonprofits, charities, and individuals making a positive impact in the community. Neil is very proud of the money he has been able to raise through his fundraisers for Feed My Lambs over the past few years. This cause is meaningful to him because his mother introduced him to the program, and it brought her so much joy to see him involved. Neil takes pride not only in the funds raised but also in the effort it took to make it happen, reaching out through his network, connecting with people in the community, and putting in the hard work to support a cause close to his heart.
Neil is passionate about giving back and is always looking for ways to support those around him. He credits his mother, Nancy Colley, for inspiring his generous heart and commitment to helping others, values he learned by watching her devote herself to those in need.

As the eldest son of Nancy Colley, Chris is deeply dedicated to honoring his mother's legacy and helping continue the work that reflects her compassion and love for others.
Chris graduated from Cedar Bluff High School in 1988, earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and later completed his Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from St. Thomas University in 2009.
Chris currently works as an operations manager at 3M, where he has worked for 32 years. He and his wife, Kelli, live a life rooted in faith and family, and together they have two children, Alyssa and Chandler.

Caleb Colley brings focus, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility to his role as Treasurer. A 2019 graduate of the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science in Columbus, Mississippi, Caleb went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2023.
Now working as an accountant, Caleb is known for his attention to detail and his steady, thoughtful approach to managing finances. He uses those same skills to help guide the foundation's financial planning and ensure that its resources are used wisely and effectively.
As the second youngest grandchild of Nancy Colley, Caleb is proud to play a role in continuing his grandmother's legacy through the foundation's mission and outreach.

Ashlyn Colley graduated from Lake Cormorant High School in 2020 and earned her certificate in Collision Repair from Northwest Mississippi Community College the following year.
As the youngest grandchild of Nancy Colley, Ashlyn's heart for giving was deeply shaped by her grandmother's kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for others. Her work with the Fancy Nancy Foundation is both a way to serve her community and a heartfelt tribute to continuing Nancy's legacy of compassion and care.
Ashlyn lives in Myrtle, Mississippi, with her wife, Hanna, and their two dogs, Willow and Penny, who bring joy and laughter to her life.

Melissa Dabar works as a local solo practicing attorney at Dabar Law Firm in Mississippi and Arkansas. She is a general practice attorney but is known for family law, criminal law, and estate planning practice. She is commonly consulted pro bono by many local non-profits and churches.
She is a domestic violence survivor and victims advocate and has served for many years on the House of Grace Board and as a consultant. She additionally serves as an advocate for those suffering due to addiction and overdose after working many years in mental health as an RN.
Melissa Dabar graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a Baccalaureate in the Science of Nursing in 1997. She primarily worked for twenty years as a Registered Nurse in Mental Health, Alcohol, and Drug Treatment, Hospital Administration, and with Veterans.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate in Law in 2004 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
She is a 1988 graduate of Clinton High School in Clinton, Arkansas, Home of the National Chuckwagon Races.
She is divorced and has three daughters, two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time at her cabin in Arkansas with family and also quiet time reading and Bible study. She is actively studying, preparing, and teaching on the prevention of Domestic Homicides and the treatment of Women and Violence within our communities.

Shelbie Cole is a longtime resident of Desoto County, MS and graduate of Horn Lake High School. She's currently living in Walls with her hometowne partner of nearly a decade, Josh. Together, they share a love for life on their family farm, caring for their animals and rescues.
With a successful career in sales and business development working for multiple Fortune 500 companies, Shelbie brings extensive professional experience and strategic insight to the board, offering a perspective shaped by leadership, problem solving, and a result driven approach.
Shelbie is deeply commited to supporting initiatives that strengthen Desoto County and neighborimng communities, bringing awareness to issues that are often overlooked. As a member at large, she looks forward to collaborating with fellow board members to advance the organization's mission and create meaningful change throughtout the region.

Jennifer Christian is the owner and business development strategist for JC Business Consulting and is the executive director for My Girl Nonprofit Organization, helping youth girls to elevate and empower themselves to be the best they can be. As the owner of JC Business Consulting, Jennifer pursues her passion for helping banking, financial, and nonprofit organizations develop smart, sustainable strategies for growth and efficiency. Jennifer is a recent graduate from corporate America after 20 years working in various industries, including banking, gaming, automotive, and government, with a love for audit and compliance, and is a serial entrepreneur.
Jennifer received her Master's degree in Management from Strayer University and her Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis. Jennifer serves on the supervisory committee for Orion Financial as well as a board member for Kifani Kids Nonprofit Organization.
